LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

Great questions have four components: Context, Objective, Direction and Engagement. Participants will learn the CODE, apply to a familiar scenario, then practice fielding questions. They will be the VIP of the next Q&A, and get more yield from their next one-on-one.

FORMAT NOTES:

Communication soft skills will also be applied in this session with both a writing and a practice component.

ROOM SET UP: Small semi-circles of eight chairs, no tables. Number of participants: 30 to 40.
